Visit Home

So I went to Okeechobee for a few days to visit everyone before Clay and I go on vacation to the Keys for Mini Season. Brylee, my neice, ended up in the hospital for 5 days of the 6 I was there. I still enjoyed spenting time with them even if it was not the best situation possible. Tristen and I went to the Rapids one day and just hung out together. I stayed a night with Dad and we had the best time ever looking through old pictures and books. I was really sad when the night had to end. Here are just a few of the pics from my visit!

Lost and Found...

So today we had visitors and Clay and I celebrated out first wedding anniversary! I baked a cake and had it ready for him when he got home from work at 1230 in the morning. I was pleased with the results. The bigger event occurred when Clay left for work this afternoon and left Fritz outside. I was unaware of this...a few hours later when I came home and Fritz was not in the house I assumed he was fishing with Freida, Taylor, Eu-Det, Ryan, Jonathon and Maddie so I walked down to the pond. Well when I arrived Fritz was not there. I did not panic at this time. I called for him and walked back to the house. Still no result. I continued to search the farm for Fritz. After about 30 minutes Freida came and said they had seen him just before I arrived so I still was not too worried. Freida and I looked for him for another what felt like ever and what I know what lots and lots of tears on my part until FINALLY Taylor came to tell us that on several occasions he had went up to their house, that via farm travel is almost a mile away...Freida and I went up to her house and found Fritz waiting on the Ranger with the look on his face like "Hi Mom! Where have you been? I have been waiting for you!" I was too happy to find him to be upset...Freida is still not talking to him! So that was my big excitement for the day! Otherwise it was a great day. Enjoyed meeting new friends and spending time with my Tennessee family!

So I am planning a trip to Florida to visit my family in 9 days. I am so excited! Counting the days down until I get to spend 4 days with my Dad and Toya and Lina and Brylee and Tristen and of course Erica and Jennifer! I can't wait to see everyone...I have decided to drive so I can take snorkling gear for our Keys trip later in July! And go spend a day in Ormond Beach with Mom. So beware! I will be driving on the road from Tennessee to Florida.

So I have decided it is time to join in on the blogging train. I am 24 y/o and live in the small town of Pikeville. I am from Florida and my family is still there but I now have a some new family and that makes it a little easier but still very difficult to be 700 miles from "home."
